Scene Overview

While driving along Route 68, players hear sirens. Curious players who pan their camera toward the river will spot emergency vehicles beneath the bridge. If they investigate, they discover a full-scale crime scene.

Two plastic-wrapped bodies hang from the bridge. Below them are three liquor bottles and a blood-smeared newspaper with the headline “Coastline Under Threat.” Blood splatters mark the wall and ground.

NPCs around the site contribute to an immersive narrative. Officers patrol, investigate blood trails, talk to civilians, redirect traffic, and work together in realistic formations. The scene pulls players into its story without needing cutscenes or UI prompts.
