GTA V
QA Testing Portfolio

I’ve played over 2,200 hours of GTA V on PC with 100% achievement completion!

I have deep familiarity with every mechanic, system, and environment in the game. On top of that, I’ve created over 100 GTA V videos on my YouTube channel.

This report documents a subtle but exploitable collision bug at the Vanilla Unicorn entrance murals in GTA V. • ✅ Step-by-step reproduction steps with coordinates

  • 🔍 Thorough analysis of bullet collision, weapon impact, and player damage edge cases

[#GTAV-19] [PC] [PS4] [Weapons] Blind Fire from Cover Allows Grenade Launcher Spam, GTA V

This report uncovers a high-impact grenade launcher exploit where blind firing from cover allows players to bypass fire rate restrictions — launching multiple grenades per second. Using a structured Jira format, I’ve documented the issue across both PC (Steam) and PS4 Pro, in Single Player and Online modes.

What this report showcases:

  • ✅Clear, step-by-step reproduction instructions with input references (LMB/R2)

  • 🎯 Actual vs expected behavior with explanation of balance risk

🧾 About This Bug Report -

[#GTAV-23] [PC] [PS4] [LevelDesign] Player Can Climb Into Freeway Hidden Wall on the Los Santos Freeway, GTA V

This report reveals a collision and level design exploit where players can climb into the outer wall of the Los Santos Freeway (near Senora Freeway) and fire weapons from a hidden, protected position. Using a vehicle, players can clip inside the geometry on both PC (Steam) and PS4 Pro platforms.

This bug was thoroughly tested across both Single Player and Online, showing different behavior in each mode. The report includes:

  • 🗺️ Precise coordinates with location reference (X: 1856, Y: 2241)

  • 🪜 Step-by-step reproduction instructions with environmental and player state context

  • 🎥 Video breakdown with timestamps comparing PC and PS4 behavior

  • 🔄 Cross-mode behavior analysis (SP = exploitable, Online = auto-kill failsafe)

  • 🧪 Labeled as Medium Priority due to its impact on PvP fairness and immersion

🧾 About This Bug Report -

[#GTAV-24] [PC] [PS4] [Animation] [Locomotion] Jumping from Steps Triggers Water Dive Animation at Del Perro Pier, GTA V

This report captures a locomotion and animation inconsistency at the Del Perro Pier. When standing on the 4th or 5th step of the staircase near the water and pressing jump, the player incorrectly triggers a water dive animation — even though no water is present. The result is an awkward crash into solid ground.

Tested on both PC (Steam) and PS4 Pro, in Single Player and Online, this is a 100% reproducible bug.

Highlights from the report:

  • 🪜 Precise step-by-step instructions with exact coordinates (X: -1858, Y: -1241)

  • 🎥 Multi-platform video proof with timestamps

  • 🎮 Covers both controller and keyboard input behavior

  • 🔁 Consistent reproduction across builds and modes

  • 📉 Marked as Low Severity, but noted for its impact on animation quality and immersion

This bug doesn’t break missions — but it breaks realism. This report shows my commitment to identifying even minor polish issues that affect Rockstar’s high-quality standard for movement, terrain logic, and fluid gameplay feel.
